The Gold Coast has one of the most concentrated residential construction markets in Australia. High-rise apartment towers along the Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Palm Beach strip, townhouse and detached housing pushing north through Coomera, Pimpama and Ormeau, and a steady stream of light-gauge commercial, medical and retail work in between. Add tourism-adjacent development, hotel refurbishments, hospitality fit-out, entertainment and marine precincts, and demand for licensed trades rarely eases.

That market has a particular quirk: a lot of the work is delivered by small and mid-sized builders and subcontractors running several jobs at once, so crewing decisions are made fast and a slow shortlist costs real money. We recruit accordingly, carpenters, formworkers, concreters, plasterers, tilers and labourers with valid white cards and high-risk licences, alongside the supervisors, foremen, contract administrators and project managers who hold those programs together.

On the technical side we place plumbers, A-grade electricians, fire protection tradespeople and HVAC and refrigeration technicians into both new installation packages and the service and maintenance contracts that come with a coast full of towers, resorts and commercial buildings. We check licences, ticket currency and real site history before anyone is put forward, and we work the same way for a two-week fill as we do for a full project team.
