As a 4th generation plumber, the foundation of this business was established long before ProDime existed. Raised within the trade and developed on the tools, the journey began with a hands-on understanding of what it truly takes to perform in demanding, high-pressure environments.
From plumbing into the mechanical services sector, working across HVAC, refrigeration, and large-scale commercial projects, this path built a depth of practical knowledge that cannot be replicated, only earned.
Through that experience, one thing became undeniable.
The industry was missing something.
Too many recruitment companies lacked real understanding. They didn't grasp the realities of site conditions. They couldn't identify what separates a good tradesperson from a great one.
Most importantly, they didn't understand people.
