Built by a 4th generation plumber, not a sales desk.
Our founder, Kyle Humphrey, came up through the trade. Four generations of plumbers behind him, years on the tools himself, then into mechanical services across HVAC, refrigeration and large commercial projects.
He kept meeting recruiters who had never set foot on a site, could not tell a good tradesperson from a great one, and treated people like line items. ProDime was built to fix that: shortlists screened by someone who has done the job, tickets and site history checked properly, and honest answers about who will actually last on your project.
